Brigitte is a wonderful herbalist and author with her own radio program, she even teaches raw cooking classes. She's eaten raw for years now and knows how to be healthy doing it. I worked with her in Boulder,CO ( a very organic, raw oriented town) and she really knows her stuff and has good recipes.

Fruit Salad

1-2 sliced up bananas
1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
13 ½ ounce can crushed pineapple
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 can drained mandarin oranges
½ cup sour cream

Mix all ingredients and chill,

Fruit Pizza

Things You'll Need:

* One roll sugar cookie dough
* One 8 oz. package of cream cheese
* One cup sugar
* Variety of fresh fruits (in season)
* Orange marmalade

1.
Step 1

Press the entire roll of sugar cookie dough into a round pizza pan or baking pan. Your baking one big cookie here! You can make any size pizza you wish but for the extra "WOW" factor, go for one big round one. Bake the dough according to instructions on the package. Let the baked cookie cool entirely before next step!
2.
Step 2

Mix 8 ounces of cream cheese with one cup granulated sugar. You can get fancy here and add food coloring but the natural color of the cream cheese makes the fruit stand out. Spread the mixture evenly over the entire cooled cookie "crust". Stop about 1/2 inch from the edge (just like you would put sauce on a pizza).
3.
Step 3

Get creative! Use seasonal fruits cut into small slices to decorate the top of your "pizza". If you use canned fruits be sure to drain them well. Orange or mandarin slices from the can work well. Try fresh strawberries, kiwi, bananas, blueberries, or your favorite fruit.
4.
Step 4

Mix two tablespoons of orange marmalade with two tablespoons water. Brush this mixture on top to keep the fruit from browning and give a shine to your work!
5.
Step 5

Take your finished fruit pizza (along with pizza roller) to your next get-together and get prepared for the compliments! Quick, easy, and a crowd pleaser!
OR
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar (or to taste)
Pizza pan
Assorted fruit suggestions: Kiwi, strawberries, mandarin oranges, bananas, black or blue berries

Spread cookie dough over pizza pan. Cook the crust as directed on wrapper. In a bowl, microwave cream cheese until soft. Add vanilla and sugar. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cooled cookie. Cut and lay fruit in circles. Serve immediately.

I love raw food recipes!
One of the best raw food dishes out there is sushi, and stuffed mushrooms or peppers but since your only 16 im guessing ur not a master chef either lol. I've also listed a bunch of sites that are really helpful in the "sources" section. Its got alotta yummy recipes...

This is a pretty simple recipe to follow:

Sea Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:
Dried Laver Circles (found at Asian Markets)
2 Avocados
Juice of 2 Medium Size Carrots
Dulse Flakes

Toppings:
Tomatoes, Dried Tomatoes, Onions, Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Dried Zucchini, Arugula, Parsley, Cilantro, Cucumbers, Sunchokes, Edible Flowers, Broccoli, and anything else you would like!

Directions:
Mash the two avocados. Add the juice of 2 carrots, Mix Well.
Spread the above mixture on the Laver.
Sprinkle Dulse Flakes to completely cover the avocado Mixture.
Select several toppings and chop them up into small pieces.
Carefully place each topping, one at a time on the pizza.
Be sure to use your imagination, and make it look pretty!

Options:

This recipe is very open to your imagination and creativity!
The "sauce" can be a tomato paste (Sun Dried Tomatoes, fresh tomatoes and soaked walnuts), a humus, dip, a pate, or even a seed cheese!
The topping can be anything you desire, just chop it well into small pieces!
