<p>here are some, Sorry i cant say from personal experience if they are tasty or not. But what i love to eat is celery soup or maybe broth. It comes in a can and all you have to do is add water and microwave. very good!</p>
<p>CHILLED MANGO CHIPOTLE SOUP<br />
INGREDIENTS:</p>
<p>    * 2 mangoes<br />
    * juice from 1 lime<br />
    * 1/2 tsp ginger powder<br />    * dash salt and<span id="more-32"></span> pepper, to taste<br />
    * 1 tsp chipotle powder<br />
    * 2 cups water or vegetable broth</p>
<p>Spicy Vegan Gazpacho Soup<br />
INGREDIENTS:</p>
<p>    * 3 cups tomato or vegetable juice<br />
    * 1 onion, diced<br />
    * 3 tomatoes, chopped<br />
    * 1 bell pepper, any color, diced<br />
    * 2 cloves garlic, minced<br />
    * 1 cucumber, diced<br />
    * 2 tbsp lemon juice<br />
    * 2 tbsp red wine vinegar<br />
    * 1 tsp tarragon<br />
    * 1 tsp chopped fresh basil<br />
    * 1/4 tsp cumin<br />
    * 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste<br />
    * 1/4 &#8211; 1/2 tsp hot sauce, to taste<br />
    * 2 tbsp olive oil </p>
<p>Avocado and Cream Chilled Summer Soup<br />
INGREDIENTS:</p>
<p>    * 4 ripe avocados<br />
    * juice from one lemon<br />
    * 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth, chilled<br />
    * dash cayenne pepper, to taste<br />
    * 1 1/2 cups cream<br />
    * 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley<br />
    * dash salt and pepper, to taste</p>
<p>TOMATO AND BASIL<br />
INGREDIENTS:</p>
<p>    * 2 pounds tomatoes<br />
    * 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped<br />
    * 2 cups vegetable broth<br />
    * 2 cloves garlic<br />
    * 2 tsp olive oil<br />
    * 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar<br />
    * salt and pepper to taste</p>
<p>
Creamy Chilled Red Pepper Soup Recipe<br />
INGREDIENTS:</p>
<p>    * 4 red peppers<br />
    * 1 onion, chopped<br />
    * 2 tbsp butter or margarine<br />
    * 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary<br />
    * 5 cups vegetable broth<br />
    * 1/4 cup tomato paste<br />
    * 1/2 cup cream<br />
    * 1/4 tsp paprika<br />
    * salt and pepper to taste</p>
